Rachmaninoff Prelude in G Minor

I haven't had time to post in a while, so I thought I'd simply add this link to a performance of my favorite Rachmaninoff prelude: the G minor (opus 23 number 5).  I've been working on arranging this piece for two violins so that my daughter and I can play it together.

Thanks.

That was a treat. I really enjoyed the animated written music. A chance to hear and see all at once!

I agree. You chose a really good video to go with the music. I could almost follow the whole thing and it made me appreciate the piece (which I've often heard, but never seen) a little bit more.

You're so cool.

But I can't help wondering about the timing of your post. Are you trying to elevate the image of our household musical tastes by posting this on the heels of my linking to Wild Cherry?

Frankly, I don't blame you.
